Lucas Jonsson lives in Shanghai and is the head of Mannheimer Swartling operations in Shanghai. Lucas has extensive experience in international projects and client relationships in particular M & A, commercial agreements and cross-border investments. Furthermore, he advises clients on a regular basis in risk and crisis management, and lead different types of investigations related to business ethics and compliance, including those initiated by whistleblowers. Lucas is also the Vice Chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and chairman of the Shanghai Chapter.
Lars-Åke Severin lives since 2005 in Beijing and has a background from the Swedish armed forces, police and security police where he also founded the close protection team for HRH the Crown Princess of Sweden. Lars-Åke founded PSU in China in 2006 and is one of the leading foreign experts on security management and internal investigations in China. Lars-Åke and his teams of consultant in Beijing and Shanghai are often engaged also as a management support for critical reorganizations and operational challenges in a complicated environment. Lars-Åke is also the chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China and director and member of the board of the Swedish industrial company Bulten (China).
