The participants will learn about the 5 layers of listening to apply a key coaching skill to their selling process with their clients, because listening is the key to start influencing people. Participants will also learn about a powerful storytelling model, called CAR-RAC, simple to use in an impromptu situation to connect, inspire and motivate to action. Designed to increase the participant's ability to feel more confident in a sales or leadership setting, the learning experience will focus on receiving powerful feedback from their peers, also facilitated by an experienced, dynamic and empowering facilitator: Stefanie Vallee, certified executive coach, also TEDx Speaker, Hult International Business School ex-advisor, Best Global 100 Coaches and senior professional for 20+ years in Communication will conduct this 3 hours training workshop in a spirit of fun, openness and respect.

Top executives and middle managers from Fortune 100 companies have experienced Stefanie's training and coaching style, also Chinese SME's. She is developing " Business Athletes " under her three pillars program for executives including how people eat, speak and lead with less resistance and optimal results.
