Over the past five years, the number of women in senior leadership has grown. Still, women continue to be underrepresented at every level. Join us for a Sharp Talk on the latest Women in Workplace Report 2019 by McKinsey and LeanIn.Org.

To get to gender parity, companies need to focus their efforts at the first step up to manager. This is one of the highlights from the 2019 report that has collected information from 329 organizations employing 13 million people and surveyed more than 68,500 employees.

At the seminar, we will be hearing the report highlights:

  • The biggest obstacle women face
  • Fairness and opportunity
  • Women's experiences are not universal
  • Challenging bias in the workplace

The panel will then share their own work-life experiences and how their companies actively work with gender equality. The seminar ends with a Q&A.

Swedish fika and coffee included.
